Mr. Cale has spent the past twenty-three years bringing entrepreneurial mind share to sales, marketing, and business development. His desire to listen to customer input, understand customer needs, and deliver beyond customer expectations within multiple vertical markets including Finance, Health Care, and Insurance provides Segmint Inc. with a well-rounded ability to identify, acquire, and develop new banking and partner relationships.

Prior to joining Segmint as Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Cale spent time representing several of the country's top technology providers such as EMC, Microsoft, and Ricoh. Most recently Mr. Cale served as Senior Solutions Consultant for Ricoh’s Professional Services Group, where he was responsible for solutions consulting and development across 30 sales executives representing multiple verticals. Mr. Cale has worked for several other Information Management Providers over the past twenty-four years. His focus has been at the executive level recommending new and innovative ways to automate antiquated and cumbersome business processes with the use of new industry-leading technology. During this time he was responsible for New Market Development, Business Development, and Sales and Marketing within the Eastern United States including the development of a vertical specific national software solution.
