David Hadley

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hadley has been commercializing new and emerging technologies for over twenty years. His experience in Internet banking provides a solid foundation for Segmint’s new products and services, service delivery and risk management. Mr. Hadley was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of DeepGreen, an Internet-only Federal Savings Bank. DeepGreen originated over $6 billion in retail financial products over the Internet. In this role, Mr. Hadley was an advisor to the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council (FFIEC) on Internet banking and software application development.

Mr. Hadley’s prior work at Accenture included being their first world-wide knowledge manager for the Internet, creating their first Internet Architecture School and world-wide director of market-making applications. Some notable clients included AT&T, Netscape Communications, Bell Atlantic, and Europe Online. Mr. Hadley has a B.S. in Imaging and Photographic Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York and an M.S. in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and a professor of Information Systems Security at the University of Akron’s Graduate School.
