Mr. Relyea's twenty-year banking career consistently has revolved around the consumer. His experience in retail banking, marketing, technology, client experience and line of business management provides Segmint Inc. with a broad baseline for acquiring, growing and retaining consumer banking relationships. Prior to joining Segmint, Mr. Relyea spent 14 years with KeyCorp. Most recently, he was SVP, National Direct Business Manager for Key Recreation Lending, an industry leading division, which specialized in the financing of consumer marine and recreational vehicle equipment. Prior to that he ran the Client Experience implementation team for Key's national retail bank.

Previous KeyCorp roles included divisional posts as CIO, Key AutoFinance; National eBusiness Manager and National Marketing Manager, Key Recreation Lending; and several marketing positions in KeyCorp’s corporate marketing department. Preceding KeyCorp, Mr. Relyea created and managed the Retail Quality Assistance department and held several branch management roles at Star Bank (now US Bank) in Cincinnati Ohio. Mr. Relyea also worked previously with Dun & Bradstreet writing business information reports. Mr. Relyea received his B.S. in Marketing from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and his MBA, with concentrations in marketing and international business, from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Segmint adapts Financial Institution (FI) partner policies as its own, custom to each specific FI. Therefore, if a FI customer wants to opt-out of Segmint, he/she should contact his/her FI.
