Industry Veterans Matthew Brandenberg and Mike Echols Join Segmint's Growing Sales Team

Akron OH, September 14, 2011 - Segmint Inc., a fast-growing transaction marketing and digital media company, recently expanded the sales team with the addition of Matthew Brandenberg and M. Michael Echols as Regional Vice Presidents of Business Development.

“Matt and Mike are accomplished executives in the financial services and information solutions industries,” said Rob Heiser, President and CEO, Segmint. “Their deep industry knowledge, combined with strong client relationship and business development expertise, will benefit Segmint as we continue to quickly expand our relationships with financial institutions.”

Matthew Brandenberg
Most recently, Brandenberg was Vice President of Client Development with Quatrro Risk Solutions. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with Equifax Information Solutions in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Strategic Account Executive where he managed Fortune 500 financial services client relationships. Brandenberg holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He will be based out of Chicago.

Mike Echols
Most recently, Echols was Director, Relationship Management at Fiserv (formerly CheckFree), where he led a sales organization responsible for strategic relationships with national and regional financial services institutions. Prior to that, he held a number of positions in the financial services and technology industries, including tenure of more than 12 years with First Data Corporation and TSYS. He attended the University of Georgia where he majored in marketing. Echols will be based out of Atlanta.
